Michael sold this house to us about 6 years ago, it was for an investment. Couple of years later the property boom went down and this property had become a burden for us as the payment to the bank was just difficult and the rent was also low as there were not much renters. It was a lose , every month we had to pay extra from our pockets for the bank. That's when we asked Michael for help to let us know when it was the best time to sell.
