Michael when we first had him come around and appraise our house blew us out of the water with his knowledge of the market and byers. Due to his hard work and dedication our house did not even make it to market and he got us above what we expected. Cannot praise micheal and his team enough.

Working with Michael was such a pleasure. He is very knowledgable, efficient, and friendly.

Michael's knowledge of the area and professional approach to selling houses made him a pleasure to deal with. Communication was excellent and a quick, hassle free sale was the end result!

Michael was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of selling my home. His enthusiastic and friendly demeanour settled my nerves and was always quick to reply with answers to my hundreds of questions. He went above and beyond for me and I will be forever grateful. If you are thinking of selling or renting your home in the Kwinana or Baldivis area , you don’t want anyone else !!!

Michael was always there & was very helpful. As a first home buyer, we were very lucky to have such a great agent!

Very helpful and very prompt. Got the job done well with a fair outcome.

We had a great and easy selling experience with Micheal He seemed very knowledge about the market and prices in the area and We trusted his knowledge about the property, selling stratagy and price and got us a sale we were happy with

Micheal was very professional,Micheal made buying my first home very easy and found houses that suited my needs and price range to look at, definitely use Micheal again when looking to buy or selling a house.

Our dealing with Coulson and Co can only be described as first class. Micheal was on the job with his home showings and provided accurate answers, without BS,to our questions. We are happy that it went smoothly. We would recomend him to others.

We originally met Michael 10 years ago when we purchase the property and found him to be very dedicated and committed to the task. When we found Michael had established his own business in the area it was a no brainer to choose him to sell the property on our behalf. Michael kept us informed throughout process and was extremely helpful in all aspects of the sale and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a quality agent .

Michael assisted my partner and I in buying our first home. Michael and the team at Coulson&Co made the process so easy and understandable and answered my 1 million and 1 questions. I would 100% recommend Michael and Coulson&Co to my friends and family.

I came to the market inn a situation I knew nothing about and had several agents come to see me. Of the three I had visit I immediately felt that I mattered and was important to Michael Coulson. I had no knowledge of what to expect and everything was explained to me several times as I am a bit slow about understanding all the ins and outs of selling a property. Michael was able to deal with the problem of papers being signed due to a Vro and I didn’t even have to stress about dealing with the exhusband. Michael was able to put my property on the market but wait until I was ready for the open house etc etc. . He took care of difficulties that arose without getting me involved knowing that I couldn’t handle the extra stress. Selling my family home with Michael was as painless as possible and the stress was minimal. When problems arose I was guided about how to deal with them and I got the best price I could have expected considering everything. Michael was available whenever I had a worry or a question and got back to me ASAP even if it was outside of business hours. He does his work with perfection without expectations I be would like to recommend him to anyone in fact I am recommending that my mum sell her property with him as well.🐣🌻🐣
