I came to the market inn a situation I knew nothing about and had several agents come to see me. Of the three I had visit I immediately felt that I mattered and was important to Michael Coulson. I had no knowledge of what to expect and everything was explained to me several times as I am a bit slow about understanding all the ins and outs of selling a property. Michael was able to deal with the problem of papers being signed due to a Vro and I didn’t even have to stress about dealing with the exhusband. Michael was able to put my property on the market but wait until I was ready for the open house etc etc. . He took care of difficulties that arose without getting me involved knowing that I couldn’t handle the extra stress. Selling my family home with Michael was as painless as possible and the stress was minimal. When problems arose I was guided about how to deal with them and I got the best price I could have expected considering everything. Michael was available whenever I had a worry or a question and got back to me ASAP even if it was outside of business hours.
