I reckon Michael Coulson shone out above every other agent in a very unique period this year. Let me tell you the story... We were trying to sell our house and buy another in Early 2020. So to get an idea of market value we had been visiting every single home open in our price range and up to $100K above. So we basically got to know every agent in a pretty big radius. Then the pandemic hit, and the way Michael responded was so much better than every other agent that it made us really thankful we'd chosen him. Basically Michael came up with new strategies straight away (videos, virtual tours, heaps of one-on-one home opens and all at no extra cost). I didn't see any other nearby agent do anything like what Michael was doing until weeks and weeks later. He was a mile ahead of the others - and that's why our house sold in a tough time. After setting up the virtual tours Michael was putting on home opens for us almost daily and got us a great deal by about the second week of pandemic shutdowns. - Remember that this was when there was zero confidence in the market since we all thought it would be the end of the economy! We got a good price at a time when nobody had a clue what would happen next. Meanwhile we were trying to buy a bigger house but none of the other agents would give us much access to the houses we wanted to buy and none of them came up with videos or virtual tours. What really impressed us was that Michael was getting about half the commission from selling our house than the agents we were buying from, and yet he was worked ten times harder to sell our place. An absolute standout in a tough period, and this is on top of the fact that the way he presented our house was so much better than I saw in any other house we were trying to buy. I would certainly use him again!

Michael Coulson arranged to meet us at our home and gave us the information on how he could sell our house. The property video was arranged for a evening shoot. Seeing that our home was surrounded by lots of bush on a 2300 M2 block, what better way to start the video, with Michael running out of the bush with his introduction to the property. I thought that was a great introduction!! I kept on replaying the video haha it was so good! Michael exudes personality, very warm and friendly. Always answers emails and phone calls as soon as possible. There was never too much trouble for Michael to ring us up during the evening to tell us about what enquires that he has had or any other strategies that he may have. Michael had a tough job to sell our home in the worst market Perth had ever seen. However Lauren and the rest of the team were consistently enthusiastic and encouraging. Despite our best efforts It took some time for it to sell and we didn't get what we would have liked...but it was a very hard market and I was grateful for the help they gave us to get it sold so we could move into the next stage of our lives.
