What I really appreciated from Michael Coulson and his Assistant Tatika Calderbank was their carefully reasoned advice as to a realistic price expectation, the work needing to be done to prepare the property for home open and the style of sales campaign to be used. Wow where can I start about Michael Coulsen and his team, especially Tatika. From the moment we advertised our house for sale it was an absolute roller coaster. I was one of those house owners who wanted so much but the market didn’t agree with what I wanted. I would constantly change the price, putting it low to get offers, only to knock them back and then raise the price. I did this so many times I could only imagine how frustrating that could be. My title may seem a little strange but I find that a good single malt helps take the stress out of a bad day, in the same way that Michael helps take the stress out of buying and selling houses. I have used him for both buying and selling my property and have found him to be more than willing to go that extra mile to negotiate a deal that keeps both seller and buyer happy. My particular case was far from normal as I am not an Australian national (Scottish) and as such had a lot of extra bureaucratic bull feces to wade through before I could purchase my home add to that the fact that the seller was out of the country visiting family in NZ and you will see that Michael had to go more than an extra mile for both myself and the seller, which he gladly did with help and advice at every stage. When it came to selling it was a reversal as I was the one not in Australia, again Michael was there to assist at every step of the way thus making the Glenfiddich redundant.
