From the moment we reached out to enquire about this property Michael & Tatika have been absolutely amazing !!! While dealing with difficult banks and what seemed to be problem after problem their patience and understanding helped us secure our beautiful family home. Thank you Coulson & Co, your brand ands it core values is something to be truly proud of. Wishing you success as you conquer the Kwinana property market.
The market was tough. Lots of stock. What I really appreciated from Michael Coulson and his Assistant Tatika Calderbank was their carefully reasoned advice as to a realistic price expectation, the work needing to be done to prepare the property for home open and the style of sales campaign to be used. We had a buyer at the first home open and a deal was quickly sealed. Support until settlement was great. I appreciate PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.
Michael was honest with the market and the timing of our sale. He provided regular updates and that of potential interest. Michael has a wealth of knowledge in his field and an expertise within the suburbs he works with like none other. It was a pleasure having Michael and his team as our agents which resulted in a sale quicker than anticipated and well above asking price.
Michael was great to deal with. I was extremely happy with the service. Throughout the whole process he kept me updated, and gave me realistic expectations (which he exceeded!). Very knowledgeable, and very easy to get along with and not a “pushy salesman “ type at all. I will use Coulson’s again for all my property needs.
Me and my husband were very happy with our experience with Michael and coulson and co. We were purchasing a house and although it didnt go as smooth as we hoped micheal was great through our the whole process.
Michael was a natural choice for us when it came time to sell our house, as one of the top agents in our local area. Michael’s expertise, marketing strategies and enthusiasm for selling got us a fantastic result in a tough property market. Not only did we sell the house in a reasonable timeframe but Michael’s negotiation abilities shone through once the offers came in to get us an excellent price in the market.
Without a doubt, Coulson & Co. did an amazing job selling our house. Hearing stories about properties in other areas being on the market for over 12 months made us a bit nervous, but Tatika at Coulson & Co. did the impossible and sold our house quickly and at a good price. Not only that, she was readily available to respond to any of our questions or concerns and did a stellar job walking us through a difficult and stressful process. Thanks so much!
Wow where can I start about Michael Coulsen and his team, especially Tatika. From the moment we advertised our house for sale it was an absolute roller coaster. I was one of those house owners who wanted so much but the market didn’t agree with what I wanted. I would constantly change the price, putting it low to get offers, only to knock them back and then raise the price. I did this so many times I could only imagine how frustrating that could be. Michael and Tatika on the other hand were amazing, they rode this roller coaster with me and treated us like we were family, always there and always willing to help with anything that we needed, even if it was for me to vent my frustrations at the market. When you go with Coulsen & Co you don’t just get an agent, you get someone who cares, who will ride that roller coaster with you and will always be there for you, regardless of the challenges you face. I will always recommend Coulsen & Co to any family friends. Thank you Michael Coulsen and Thank you Tatika.
Michael and his team are just great. Very helpful and very professional.
My title may seem a little strange but I find that a good single malt helps take the stress out of a bad day, in the same way that Michael helps take the stress out of buying and selling houses. I have used him for both buying and selling my property and have found him to be more than willing to go that extra mile to negotiate a deal that keeps both seller and buyer happy. My particular case was far from normal as I am not an Australian national (Scottish) and as such had a lot of extra bureaucratic bull feces to wade through before I could purchase my home add to that the fact that the seller was out of the country visiting family in NZ and you will see that Michael had to go more than an extra mile for both myself and the seller, which he gladly did with help and advice at every stage. When it came to selling it was a reversal as I was the one not in Australia, again Michael was there to assist at every step of the way thus making the Glenfiddich redundant. I have no experience of the rental side of his business but feel confident that he will exercise the same professional standards in that department. With thanks from Charlie and Siska.
Awesome happy funky helpful and great agent he made selling our house fun instead of headache cheers di Reardon 😀
