Michael got us an excellent price above what we wanted in a tough market before the hassle of going on the property line. Very very happy with the outcome & professional service Michael & his team gave us. Highly highly recommend!!

We had an absolutely great experience selling our house with Michael. Easy, smooth, stress free and was kept up to date through the whole process. Would happily recommend to anyone 😁

Sold an unfinished house in a pretty poor market. Michael and his team are excellent communicators and always there to get the best for you. Can't explain how helpful they were in trying circumstances.

Tatika and Michael from Coulson & Co have done a great job with selling my property in a very difficult market the house was sold in 5 months. Couslon and Co have been very helpful with the selling process, provided good advice and feedback and have been very understanding of our personal situation

We are really pleased having sold our house with Michael (Coulson & CO) and would surely recommend all our friends and acquaintances about the fantastic services rendered by Michael not only before and during the deal but also post settlement.

I would highly recommend Michael and Tatika from Coulson & Co. Their friendly and professional manner was most appreciated, always approachable, kept us informed as to progress. Very happy with the result achieved.

Even though the market was slow, Michael persisted in marketing my property. He and his assistant Tatika were great in securing a buyer and bringing settlement forward. thanks

Michael and team were very friendly and helpful with good knowledge of the area...All questions were answered and Michael followed up every week to see how everything was tracking He also went out of his way to take photos and send them through so I could get the solar panel installation ready for when I moved in to the house this was greatly appreciated 😊 Thanks to Michael and his team

Thanks Michael for the wonderful house & deal . It was really awesome experience to deal with you .
