As the title says, this is the second home I've bought from Michael, and I wholly endorse him as an agent. So much so that in my line of business, I deal with clients who trust my judgement and I recommend people engage him if they want to buy in the area. For me what sets him apart are two things. Firstly is his after sales service, my broker even commented on his professionalism. He is not an agent who displays minimal interest after pen has been put to paper, I've never known him to not offer his very best, for example I have called him two plus years after buying a house, and he has still been willing to assist where he can. This can be referrals for tradesmen, information about the market, general perception in various localities, anything. For any prospective buyer I say this is not something to be underestimated. There is no worse feeling when things 'don't go to plan' or there's something else you need and you feel on your own. I attest wholeheartedly Michael has demonstrated his service offering is to make every attempt so you're not on your own. Secondly, he is good for the Kwinana community. He has invested himself and his business into the area, he sponsors a number of teams and events. Personally, I fondly remember his first ever Easter egg hunt for the kids, and subsequently it's been an annual event. In summary, if you're a buyer I will say you're not just buying a house, you're buying a service that goes along with it. I truly believe there is no one else in the area who will offer a superior experience.
