After looking for the right property, and talking to dozen agents. Most of them were order takers, not interested or had a take it or leave it attitude. In the Buyers market, this is exactly what they should not be doing. Being in sales myself, I was horrified at the attitude I have seen from most agents I have interacted with. I met Michael at the open home, which I was going to pass o due to not being suitable for me. What intrigued me was that Michael took interest in what I was looking for. And unlike most other agents I have met during open homes, who were quick to find excuses as to why what I am looking for is wrong for me, Michael took interest and started looking for the right property that suited me. Michael has taken time to showcase half dozen properties for me, and even let me know which properties are about to hit the market. This has allowed me to make an informed decision and not be pressured in to a sale.
