In the Buyers market, this is exactly what they should not be doing. Being in sales myself, I was horrified at the attitude I have seen from most agents I have interacted with. This has allowed me to make an informed decision and not be pressured in to a sale. As for sellers, you have an gent that will go out of his way to understand your customer, and he will showcase your home outside open home days to ensure your customer maximum conversion rate.
