After looking for the right property, and talking to dozen agents. Most of them were order takers, not interested or had a take it or leave it attitude. In the Buyers market, this is exactly what they should not be doing. Being in sales myself, I was horrified at the attitude I have seen from most agents I have interacted with. I met Michael at the open home, which I was going to pass o due to not being suitable for me. What intrigued me was that Michael took interest in what I was looking for.
