Michael was excellent in selling my property. His communication was frequent, always keeping me informed. Michael went above and beyond, listening to my feedback and ensuring everything met my expectations. I would highly recommend Michael for anyone looking to sell their property.
Working with Michael and Siofra was such a great experience. They were nothing but professional in all their dealings, keeping me up to date at every step along the way. Nothing was every a problem and they went above and beyond to help me secure the sale of my property (in 7 days). Could not recommend them highly enough, and would definitely use them for future sales.
Michael provided a professional service from start to finish, and worked very hard to make it a smooth sale.
With a work ethic matched only by his dazzling smile, Michael once again got the job done in a seamless manner.
Michael was very knowledgeable and always contactable throughout the whole process of selling the home. He was so easy to deal with. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their home.
Micheal took the time to understand our property needs and preferences, providing guidance throughout the process with patience and expertise. His knowledge of the local market and ability to find the perfect home for our needs and future plans made a significant difference in our experience. He provided unwavering support and insightful advice. We highly recommend Michael.
Michael was a great agent to deal with. Knows his stuff, does not apply pressure, reponds quickly to questions and acts with integrity and honesty. Never had the feeling that there was anything hidden or left unstated that was important to the sale. As a buyer thats what you want. Would most definitely deal with Michael again as either a vendor or purchaser. Thankyou.
We chose Michael to sell our property because of his experience and honesty. We felt that he had both seller and buyers' interests at heart and wanted to complete the sale to satisfy them both. He was a great communicator, always responded to emails or texts, was professional in his presentation, communication and approach. His follow-up was consistent right through to the completion of the sale.
Michaels knowledge of our property was not only professional but also exceptionally insightful. He comes with a refreshingly no push take your time attitude, which actually gave both Deb and myself the confidence to walk through our new found property in the manner in which all perspective buyers should feel enabled to do so. After our first of many walkthroughs on the day Michael casually approached and asked if there were any questions about the property he could help us with but still no push. After answering the questions put forward he once again removed himself with a simple please take your time. So after another look through the property we approached Michael about putting forward an offer, in all honesty Michael gave us the instruction needed and an offer was submitted. The constant feedback and contact with Michael has made the process a pleasure. We have nothing but respect for the way Michael has made himself available to us.
My experience with engaging Michael to sell my property has been amazing! His hard work and care for his vendors is evident in every aspect of my interactions with him. I wouldn’t consider trusting anybody else with the responsibility of guiding me in any future property sales.
Every aspect of the sale was handled in such a professional way. I was reluctant to use an agent but Michael has now changed my mind of the importance of using a professional. He went above and beyond in every aspect of the sale. Cool head when needed and provided very sound advice. Cannot recommend him highly enough!!
