Michael was absolutely great to deal with and went above and beyond for us. He immediately took on board and understood that we are both very busy people with little time for back and forth phone calls etc. We gave him the reigns on the sale and he held them so well! More to the point, he was no nonsense - No filling our head with outrageous expectations but always had our best interest in mind. He made no false promises and everything he said he would / could do, he did! From the first phone call, it took only 3 days to have everything done, signed, photos and the ad was live online!! (Not to mention it was the week before Christmas) We are wrapped with the outcome and we are so thankful for Michael and his work ethic!

The selling of our property has been a stress-free experience with Michael Dearsley. He has always been very pleasant to work with, and takes great pains to explain the procedure. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their property. The only thing I would criticize is the colour of the Harrison's For Sale sign. It is very dark, does not stand out at all and would easily be missed by anyone driving by. In fact, the person who erected it faced it towards the river! Michael did rectify that a put it on an angle so at least it was facing people who might be driving past.
