Michael was positive for the outset, giving us an alternative inspection time to the open home. His advice was genuine, factual, honest. It is what we personally look for in real estate agents, not broad statements and general dilly dallying. He had great local knowledge of the particular suburb. As a result, the property was purchased and communications are still strong and whatever information we need is given, as we don't live near the property.
