Clear and timely communication

Michael and Siofra worked well as a team and complemented each other. We met with 3 different agents before choosing Michael and team and all promised similar things so it was a toss up with who to go with. We have been left disappointed previously when the promises made by agents weren't followed through with after the contract to sell was signed.
