It was time to put it on the market Obviously his marketing and negotiating skills are first class, as there were 39 interested parties on the Saturday, at the 1st & only Open House, by Monday, we had an exchanged unconditional contract for $40,000 above the suggested selling price I would therefore recommend Michael to anyone thinking of buying or selling.
