Michael, sold me this property as a residence around 2000, it was a very pleasant experience About 6 months ago I advised Michael I was going to have some maintenance down & the property painted, whilst I travelled to WA Once the roofing, guttering & down pipes work was complete he advise the market was hot, stock scarce & prices rising. It was time to put it on the market Obviously his marketing and negotiating skills are first class, as there were 39 interested parties on the Saturday, at the 1st & only Open House, by Monday, we had an exchanged unconditional contract for $40,000 above the suggested selling price I would therefore recommend Michael to anyone thinking of buying or selling.
