From the moment we decided to sell Michael Dempsey was clear and efficient. The whole process was easy for us and the sale went through with no problems. We were expecting it to take a long time to find a buyer but thanks to Michael and his local knowledge it was all very quick.

The process wasn't enjoyable. I was pushed to sign documents at a fast pace and at very inconvenient times. The agent insulted me and my property. The agent tried to secure a lower price for my house than the buyer was prepared to pay. Luckily, the buyers were lovely, and we sidestepped Michael's after a while and sorted things out ourselves. However, Michael's had that buyer lined up, and my place sold quickly, which I appreciate.
