If you are looking for an amazing agent to sell your house Michael Devlin is your man. Our house went on the market at 1 p.m and had it sold by 4.30 p.m. the same day, and well above our asking price. I wish I could find the words to describe how amazing this man is. Michael explained everything as it went along and made it very clear to us what was happening at all times. He was down to earth, genuine, friendly, and very professional. He handled everything from presentation, photos, advertising, and detailed reports on all inspections, which made everything smooth sailing. I can't speak highly enough of Michael and highly recommend him as an exceptional agent. Thank you Michael from John and Di.

We would like to sincerely thank Michael for the incredible result he achieved for our family. He has managed to facilitate a purchase of the house we thought could only be a dream, and sell our house for a price beyond our expectations - all within 7 days. We believe that your commitment and dedication to us as clients as been unsurpassed. Your focus on end result was beyond question and your motivating advice and detailed reporting during the process was appreciated more then you realize. From the onset we had confidence we were in the right hands and have no hesitation in recommending yourself to others who value professionalism, honesty and integrity. Thank you! Trevor and Candy

Michael was a true professional in every way. Not only did he get us a record price but also in a short period of time. I highly recommend Michael if you are thinking of selling!
