I have purchased properties before and the experience is almost same most of the time that I need to initiate the communication, ask everything but this time it was so different. Michael scheduled the inspection as per my availability and kept me posted with every update. We were using all the methods of communication that was needed, phone, message and emails. I felt like I am dealing with one of my friend which made it so easy. He was open during negotiation and I didn't feel the pressure of making a decision which is the case most of the time. He came over to my office for the contract signing, which was amazing. even after the payment was made and everything done, he kept the communication open and kept me posted on any changes or happenings of the property.
