Michael carried out the auction for my sale and got me a result that smashed my reserve. I was thrilled (still am)! Together, Michael and his colleague Stephanie made sure I was 100% comfortable with how the process ran on the day and knew what I needed to do. Nerves and emotions are obviously high on auction day, but I felt so comfortable knowing that Michael was running the bidding. We had a fabulous experience with Michael until deal was done. Oven and Dishwasher weren't working at all. They turned on and that's it. I asked Michael and he didn't take any responsibility. After numerous emails and phone calls got $250 reimbursed for $1650 expenses. Furthermore, someone supposed to call and bring food for us during moving time. Never happened. Not a big deal but don't say that if there is no such thing. In conclusion, It would have been good experience if there weren't any issues but isn't the reason we have an agent for?
