We took Michael's advice and the result was a sale price well beyond our reserve and expectations. His advice when we first met was to have the property vacated and styled. Michael arranged all this for us in addition to some minor improvements. The stylist did a wonderful job and the property looked fresh and appealing. From then on Michael really excelled by keeping us informed after every inspection and in negotiating with buyers. The final result being a sale almost $80000 more than what our reserve was. We could not have been happier with the result and would recommend Michael to anyone seeking to sell a property.
