First house purchase made seamless

I had never owned property in Australia and when I was approached by Michael who advised that the owners of my current rental was looking to sell, I recognised what a great opportunity it was but I was simultaneously very nervous and overwhelmed not having any experience or real knowledge of the process. Luckily, Michael was readily available and happy to answer any questions that I had. I found Michael really down to earth and knowledgeable and he managed to negotiate a price which both myself and the owners felt happy with.
