Michael was professional, courteous and timely with all communication from start to finish. We felt he listened to us and valued what was important to us in the selling process. Our house sold quickly and exceeded our expectations on sale price. We would use Michael again without question!
We highly recommend Michael and the team which handled the sale of our property. We appreciated Michael's advice and found him very knowledgeable. We attribute our excellent outcome to Michael's hard work on our behalf. Thank you.
We found Michael very professional . The Professionals Realestate are very lucky to have him.
We found Michael to be very professional throughout the whole deal. Many thanks
In first meeting Michael I felt very confident that he was the right person to be responsible in the sale of my house. He didn't disappoint. His personal and professional manner contributed in the process running very smoothly from the Open and Private inspections to negotiation and sale. His follow up communication with me Re. inspection and interest feedback was spot on. I would highly recommend Michael.
Very professional and helpful we would certainly recommend Michael Duffield and the team at Methvern Real Estate Mooroolbark . We are more than happy with the sale of our property 1/18-20 Hull Road Croydon. Many thanks Colin & Rosemary Campbell
I was extremely happy with Michael through out the selling process... He kept me updated and wasn't pushy at all...would recommend him highly
Michael was easy to communicate with and was right on target with the price. Very professional and I would highly recommend him for a stress free sale.
Having low experience in matters "home sales" Pauline and I did not select a random real estate agent. We had a chat with 5 different folk - all of whom did a good job. However, the Professionals Team lead by Michael Duffield presented us a compelling personal care and attention-to-detail proposition which appealed to us and to which they delivered. And it was very pleasing result indeed. We experienced some headwinds during the sale, but wisely, patiently, Michael devised a marketing strategy to address the changing circumstances which produced a great sale price. And we thank all the boys and girls who assisted us in our crusade, but most of all to Tory Fergusson who said to us, " I'm going to sell your home and I'll get you what you want [seek]" and, she did exactly that. We are satisfied that we made the right choice employing The Professionals to sell our property and we'd strongly advocate them to any prospective seller. Leigh and Pauline Anstee - 0459 159 992
We feel very grateful for having chosen Michael to list and sell our home in Montrose. His local knowledge on the area and the surrounds is excellent, and his realistic and honest approach to everything along the way was quite reassuring. We appreciate his input and views on what the property required prior to listing, and his good ability to relay information and negotiate an outcome for us with the result we needed. A top bloke to sell your home everyone....
Michael was professional and pleasant to deal with. The only negative was that we only got one offer on the property which was at the bottom of our range and below his indicated prices,
