We invited Michael to come and inspect our newly renovated apartment and create an appraisal for the sale. Michael’s presentation was impeccable! Upon seeing our apartment for the first time, we could just tell he got it. He was confidentially able to propose a marketing strategy, who our target market might be and was able to start talking about a high level sale price then and there.
