They sold two very different apartments in adjoining buildings owned jointly by myself and my two younger brothers. I found it difficult to tell which of them was the "leader" they worked so well together. Their knowledge of the current, as well as past and future market trends in the district was impressive. For each of the two apartments, the potential purchasers were as different as the apartments were and, importantly, their ability to read the potential purchasers and adapt appropriate strategies was outstanding.
