Michael always do the right thing for me

Let me start by saying we got an amazing price on our home and let me confirm that this couldn't have happened without Michaels help. We had a number of agents come through and appraise our home while it was in a pretty sorry state due to being in between renovations, despite this when we explained our vision to Michael he was completely on board and could see exactly what we were going for which none of the other agents could see. He was the only one to give us a decent appraisal price but not only that, when it came time to sell he actually walked the walk and was pretty much right on his highest appraisal price. As you can imagine we were extremely happy with the result. His upbeat and positive attitude really make the experience less stressful and his reassurance and persistence with potential buyers really gives you confidence. I don't think many can quite achieve what he can, especially when it comes to the Hinterlands which is Michaels bread and butter, although of course he is skilled across all areas of the Gold Coast. To wrap up, I would again say that there really is no other choice when it comes to selling your home if you want to get a result you can be satisfied with.

Michael Elliss is THE BEST real estate agent on the Gold Coast. His experience and knowledge of the Gold Coast market is phenomenal. He was always there for me 24/7 through every step of the purchase. This was my first property and he truly went above and beyond to keep me happy. He is also just the nicest person you'll ever meet.
