Michael has sold two of my properties and both occasions had been able to achieve the price I required, He knowledge and professionalism is of the highest degree, and his dedication to clients is exceptional. In my opinion his help in selling my properties went far beyond what would normally be expected. I have no hesitation in having him as my selling agent for my next property and would highly recommend him.
Michael was very professional and helpful with selling my unit. He gave us tips on how to improve the appearance of the unit and make it inviting. Michael was always on time and would go out of his way for us. I highly recommend he services 😀.
When other agents had continually let me down, were not enthusiastic about selling my home, along came Michael and sold it in 2 weeks. I had been trying for a couple of years to get an agent who really wanted to market my property not just add another onto the agency's books. Will certainly be recommending Michael to my friends/acquaintances who require to sell their property in time.
Michael acted professionally at all times, quickly answered enquiries and followed up where asked. We were very satisfied with his expertise and friendly efficient attitude.Very satisfied
We found Michael to very helpful and nothing was too much trouble he was always available when we needed something or advise, thank you Michael for making the purchasing of our new home run as smoothly as possible.
Having had dealings with many Real Estate Agents over the years, including working in strata titled resorts I have found many agents seem both false and demanding. Michael is true Gentleman, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I had a full understanding of the process and delivering paperwork directly to me when I had no transport. All of my Friends who met Micheal were impressed with his sincerity and thought him genuinely interested an making the Client feel special. A1 in my book, and it was such a pleasure to work with him.
I could not rate Michael any higher. I spoke to seven agents before electing to go with Michael. I was so pleased I did. Not only was his market knowledge spot on, but he had my property sold in two weeks for a price I was delighted with.
Michael is very well prepared and knows the market. Our house was only on sale for 4 days and we had offers and sold within the week. Would highly recommend this agent.
Michael is a consummate professional who handled our transaction politely and with no fuss. Happy to recommend his services for either buying or selling your property.
Michael Elliss worked consistently and tirelessly opening our unit for inspection until he achieved the sale price he knew we would be happy with.
Michael helped us achieve an excellent price for our house and sold it within 2 days of going on the market without even having an open house - very please with Micheal and his efforts
