When buying a property you always come across the lying sleazebag salespeople and every now and then you get a good egg like Michael who are easy to deal with, kind, understanding but still tough on the negotiation. Not happy I wasn't able to get him down more on the price but that only speaks wonders for him if you'e a Vendor. Maybe it's a Jedi mind trick but I didn't mind paying the price since I felt I was dealing with an honest bloke. If he was a sleaze I doubt I would have ever come to an agreement.
