What I particularly appreciated with Michael was his constant timely communications regarding anything to do with the process of selling our home. If he said he would call, he did. If he said he would do something, he did it. No excuses.

Michael took it upon himself to get me a very good price for the sale taking into consideration similar previous sales od similar properties. Michael did a great job getting a quick sale and at a price at the higher end of my range. His marketing suggestions were on the mark and he was helpful without being too pushy. The only issue preventing a five-star rating was some miscommunication with the stylist which created some problems but otherwise a relatively seamless experience.

Without Michael's abundant support and skills I sincealy belive I would not have sold my commercial property in Braidwood, made even more tricky since I live in the UK. He was relentless in his pursuit of a valid purchasor. He was a pleasure to work with, always available to contact and has a cheery optimistic outlook. I can not thank him enough.
