This is first time for me with Michael and I found him very reliable & honest agent in this area. He is friendly and has in-depth knowledge about renovation. He responded my queries very quick, sometime after hours 10pm at night and even in the Sunday. Before signing contract of our latest purchase we have inspected two other properties with him 4/5 months ago and both properties sold in his prescribed range to offer, not like others with sky high demand & bottom low sold price. During the time of inspection I have picked some defects in the building & missed some of them. Michael show me all of those I missed & told this may appear in the building & pest inspection report. Fun part is all of those he mentioned appeared in the report but by that time I knew how to repair/ fix the issues with a reasonable cost. For the first time I signed contract with zero dollar down as he was not sure the vendor will accept my offer. I have pay the deposit when we were in the contract. In my previous experience I have signed contract & deposit money and agent rotated me around for weeks before the contract failed. Michael did not say “yes” to all of my renovation ideas & explained his “No” about what I can do & what cannot. I liked this honest approach. Five stars for him and highly recommend him.

Michael - just not a sales guy - Excellent person . Coordinated well with every step of the process as well as went out of his way to give tips to secure our next house.
