Michael not only managed the dealings with the purchase of my new property but also the sale of my old property and then the sale of the purchasers of my house, there property... That is trying to negotiate, manage and settle 3 separate contracts that all hung in the balance of the sale of the next. He was calm and knowledgeable with a mountain of experience behind him which made me confident to take on his advice. I still dont know how he did it but would use him and highly recommend him 100%.
