About Michael

I began selling Real Estate in Dayboro in January 1994. I have not only witnessed, but I have been involved with the transformation in the Dayboro District over the past 25 years. I have proudly watched the town grow to the wonderful place it is today. Many things have changed during this time. There are a lot less farms, and a lot more houses and people, but the reason we love calling Dayboro home is still the same. It is that fantastic community spirit that shines through all the local organisations and that sense of belonging to a community such as ours that makes Dayboro such a special place. We can enjoy that country lifestyle, but we also have all the conveniences of the suburban infrastructure just down the road, and the Brisbane city is less than an hour away. Not like every other agent!!!

Michael not only managed the dealings with the purchase of my new property but also the sale of my old property and then the sale of the purchasers of my house, there property... That is trying to negotiate, manage and settle 3 separate contracts that all hung in the balance of the sale of the next. He was calm and knowledgeable with a mountain of experience behind him which made me confident to take on his advice. I still dont know how he did it but would use him and highly recommend him 100%. Fantastic Experience

He is helpful and informative... has all the answers and very easy going. No pushiness that you might experience from other sales people. Dedicated Agent

No nonense approach

I'm tired of the constant request to review everything I buy or use. In Me Property's case however I'm quite happy to give them a wrap. I found Michael to be very knowledgeable in Dayboro and surrounding suburbs and offered plenty of no nonsense information and advice with none of the unwanted pressure.
