Michael assisted in my purchase of a quality inner city apartment. His professionalism and communication throughout the whole process was outstanding. Any concerns or questions I had were dealt with in a timely manner which made the whole process enjoyable. Thanks Michael. Regards Craig

Mike has been great with keeping us involved in the purchase of a house and in the sale of a house. He has gone above and beyond to get a house on the market quickly and has great contacts.

Mike went above and beyond with his efforts. Due to Covid he personally showed many prospective buyers through the house individually. His knowledge of the Merewether market is probably unmatched and his campaign was spot on . He gave us realistic and timely guidance through the whole process. His marketing and support team was second to none also.

We are grateful for Michael’s guidance and hard work leading up to the auction during trying covid times. He knows the market intimately and helped us navigate the process to get a very pleasing result.

We had a great experience in dealing with Michael on the purchase of our property from inspection through to auction. Michael and his team were friendly to deal with and responsive to our queries.

I'm glad I chose Michael and the team at Robinson Property as the real estate agent for selling my property in Merewether. Michael has great experience in the Merewether property market and comfortably balances a professional and friendly approach. Covid presented unique challenges which Mike dealt with easily. All of the team at Robinson were responsive and professional in my dealings with them. I would highly recommend Mike and Robinson to anyone considering selling their property.

We were very pleased with Mike's approach - professional, friendly, persistent. Achieved an excellent outcome during a difficult time.

Michael understands the market exceptionally well with years of experience behind him. He is pleasant and plain speaking. There is no pressure sell. He is a great communicator, quick to respond to your queries and letting you know exactly what's happening with each step of the process.

We've found Michael to be friendly, professional and helpful throughout the sale of our property. Michael has great knowledge of real estate in our area and gave us an accurate valuation on our property. Since we decided to sell we have been unable to return to the property due to Covid border restrictions. Michael and his team arranged staging and marketing and sold the property in our absence. As we proceed toward settlement Michael has continued to help, as we arrange to pack and move by distance. We have no hesitation recommending Michael and the team from Robinson's.

We could not be any happier to deal with Mike. Great experience from the start to finish. Mike provides us update along the way giving us no stress through the process. The sale happened so quick in just a few open homes. Even in this uncertainty, Mike still managed to get our property sold in no time.

Sold in 7 days $10K over estimate, always available to address all my questions, left no stone unturned to get this great result, office support staff are a pleasure to do business with. Mike sold unit to us then sold unit for us. If we are in the market again Mike and staff will be our first choice. Regards Colin & Lyn
