Michael was very professional, approachable and guided us through a very stressful time selling a much loved family home. He obviously has had huge local experience and used that successfully He provided contact with all the necessary tradespeople etc we needed to get ready for market and they were all terrific too. I would highly recommend him
We couldn't have been happier with Mike as our real estate agent. He is highly experienced and knowledgeable, professional, communicates well, and was upfront with us throughout the process. He achieved a price higher than we expected. Highly recommended.
So basically, I was thinking of buying a house. And with Michael’s help, I was able to successfully get the house and be able to get the keys in the shortest time possible.
The team at Robinson’s provided exceptional insights and market knowledge that ensured the best sale price for our property. Mike Flook and his colleagues delivered an outstanding result selling our property with unparalleled professionalism and attention to detail. There is no doubt as to why Robinson’s consistently outperform their competition to be the number one agent in the Newcastle market.
The best part of dealing with Mike is that he and his support staff managed the whole sales process so smoothly. With a long term tenant we were concerned with the upheaval of selling the property . Mike sat down with the tenant and went through all the details regarding the sale process and put her at ease. Mike knows his’ job and as we said “gets the job done.” Mike knew the target price and persevered in getting us a price higher than we expected in a difficult location. I think the best rap you can give an agent is if you were to buy a property you’d want Mike to be the selling agent. Buying or selling, Mikes the go to. Thanks again. Great job.
I'm not living in Newcastle and wanted to sell a block of flats, Michael was recommended and didn't disappoint, the flats needed some work done and Michael organised all trades to attend promptly, I would highly recommend Michael to any prospective seller.
No sooner had I signed the agency agreement than "Hey Presto!" photographer and scriptwriter appeared followed by advertising brochures, internet and newspaper advertising. In one week, I was on the market. Michael was super efficient and helpful, with good interpersonal skills. Within a short time, my property was sold. Thank you, Michael.
Michael has been open and communicative throughout the buying process, with no pressure tactics used!
Initially had my property with another agent whom I was not impressed. Michael was recommended to me by a friend. I found Michael to be outstanding agent. Not only did he organised a quick sale under difficult circumstances but also at a much higher price. I would strongly recommend him for his professionalism and performance.
Could not be happier with the support to get our place ready for market and sold so quickly and smoothly. His knowledge of the market is second to none. Many thanks
Michael is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the Merewether market. He has just sold two houses off the plan for us very quickly and for an amazing result. Would definitely recommend Mike and his team.
We just bought our first property off Mike Flook and we couldn't be happier with the experience. He helped us 100% of the way and was easy to contact and talk openly with. His knowledge of Newcastle is second to none and he is always available when you need him.
