Michael recently sold a house for my mum. She gets nervous when dealing with these kind of matters so Michael would call myself (daughter) and my mum and keep us both up to date the whole way through. He was so relaxed to deal with not over powering or pushy. Mums house went on the market before COVID hit so it wasn’t an easy time to be selling a house but Michael persevered and we came away with a sale price that mum was very happy with.
