Michael was great, he took the stress out of selling. He went above and beyond what our expectations were! He made it easy! He explained everything to us, Michael was always a phone call or text away and he always followed up! Michael never left us wondering what now or what does this mean. Michael was the agent on the sale of a property where I was the Buyer. He was quick to respond on all my queries and always made sure he was available when needed for the relevant inspections to take place (Pest and Building, Pre-Settlement etc). He was also helpful when needing information at short notice. I would highly recommend Michael!

Michael has been a god send through out our whole process of buying and selling! He answered all of our questions quickly and professionally and even helped us with things that I don't think really are "his job" he always rang to check in after any appointment or open home and would give us any and all information that was important to us! He made the whole process as stress free as possible with a simultaneous sell and buy and we will be recommending Michael to any and all of our friends and family! Michael recently sold a house for my mum. She gets nervous when dealing with these kind of matters so Michael would call myself (daughter) and my mum and keep us both up to date the whole way through. He was so relaxed to deal with not over powering or pushy. Mums house went on the market before COVID hit so it wasn’t an easy time to be selling a house but Michael persevered and we came away with a sale price that mum was very happy with. Michael has now offered to help us in any way he can to find mum her new home. I would recommend Michael to anyone selling or buying a home and if we need to in the future we will definitely be using Michael again as our realtor.
