Michael has been around for some years now and having previously sold in Ashgrove and when I purchased the property that he just sold, I got to know Michael from visiting various open homes that he was looking after at the time. It's common knowledge that the agent works for the vendor though the way Micheal communicates and naturally makes a potential buyer comfortable is, I feel one of the keys to his success. Michael recently sold a rental property for me in Brisbane. As I live in Sydney I was worried about the distance and not being on hand to make decisions and see things first hand. Michael went above and beyond, organising the pre sale clean up and yard maintenance and generally getting the property up to standard for sale. Michael kept me up to date every step of the way. In this day of of texts and emails, I was concerned that things might get 'lost in translation' but Michael phoned and spoke to me every over every decision, before and after every open house, and back and forth during the final selling process and settlement phase.
