His estimate was not the highest quoted, but it was entirely in accordance with market expectations as advised by my Real Estate Agent brother-in-law who lives interstate, and proved to be very accurate went it went to sale. Within two days of going to market, Michael had secured the kind of buyer we had hoped for the property (a young family) and a sale price exceeding expectation. Communication was very good throughout and the entire process was highly satisfactory.

He continued to show potential buyers through during the offer process. He helped with advice about work to be done and provided professionals to correct repairs.
