I am incredibly grateful to Michael and his team for their professionalism, expertise, and dedication. Thanks to them, I am now the proud owner of a beautiful home that exceeds my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend Michael Forzatti to anyone in search of a reliable, trustworthy, and highly effective real estate agent.

Michael Forzatti advised me of a unit that was open for inspection. I was welcomed in by Ryan Brown whose willingness to help me and walk me through the purchase process was very comforting. From the offer to final inspection Ryan always made himself available and gave me advice and reassurance. The guys at One Residential were friendly, fun yet very professional. I highly recommend them if looking at buying or selling your next property. Thank you!

Having struggled for 5 months with another agent who couldn't sell our property we switched to One Residential following a recommendation from a friend. Michael Forzatti handled our case personally and was extremely helpful in helping us navigate the process of changing agents. Once our property was in the hands of One Residential it sold in just a few weeks. Fully recommend.

I would recommend Michael as an agent because he is efficient. Michael is friendly and professional at all times, while listened to our enquires during the inspections.

Michael sold me the property in 2005, and sold the property in 2023 without fuss and quickly at a price is was very happy with. His knowledge of Palmyra was obvious the first time and if anything more so the second time round. For a short time he managed the property and his tenants were far superior to tenants I had from a agent in the area several years earlier.

Was extremely professional and personable. always kept me up to date with how the sale was progressing. He was always accessible. Very impressed.

We always felt a warm and positive welcome when viewing real estate with Michael Forzatti. Our recent successful purchase was a very smooth experience due to Michael’s professionalism, excellent communication and assistance throughout the process. He even assisted us in getting early possession to fit in with our schedule, which was most appreciated. We definitely had a positive experience and would not hesitate to choose Michael for future real estate needs.

Great service from start to finish, the whole process was easy the fees were fair and the service and execution was brilliant would recommend realty One and Micheal Forzatti to anyone selling in the palmyra- Melville area

Throughout the entire process, he was always available to answer any questions we had and was incredibly responsive. When we found the home of our dreams, Michael was able to secure it for us within a matter of hours. He was in constant communication with us, and we felt like we were always in the loop. The whole process was seamless, and we couldn't believe how easy it was with Michael's help. Michael's commitment to ensuring that everyone involved in the process, including us, the owners, and the tenants, was well taken care of was evident throughout. It was clear that he genuinely cared about our satisfaction and was passionate about helping us find our dream home. Overall, I highly recommend Michael Forzatti to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. I approached Michael Forzatti as he had previously sold a property for me and I was very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of the surrounding suburbs. Michael provided me with the information I needed to purchase another property and made the whole process easy and kept me informed every step of the way.

We were well aware of Michael's presence in the Palmyra area. He is the number One agent in the area and our confidence in his selling ability was well founded. Michael is professional, keeps in touch with his clients and when it comes to negotiating, he is the man you want on your team. We have no problem in highly recommending Michael

Michael was amazing to deal with to sell our first home - he has so much knowledge about Palmyra and experience in the area, we were confident he would get us the right buyer. Michael made sure that every offer presented met our requirements, and made the whole process so smooth. After our sale was signed, he stayed in touch along the way and has been such a pleasure to deal with. We would absolutely use Michael again and would recommend him to anyone selling in the area.
