Michael is very professional. He estimated how much the property might fetch which was only a little over what I actually accepted. The viewings and follow up went smoothly despite a covid hicough with one of the tenants. We initially asked Michael to value our house three and a half years ago before contracting to buy an apartment off the plan. He knew at the time that a sale would not be contemplated for a long period of time and yet he did not hesitate to respond quickly - and it wasn't just a verbal quote but a well-researched and professionally prepared written valuation comprising full details of both the house and the area. (Not an easy call as our house is an unusual one for the area and a great deal of research was required to attain an appropriate value.) All of this with no guarantee of him being appointed the agent years down the track when the apartment was finally built, and we could move. Fast-forward to 2022 and we contacted him again. Despite being at the Formula One races in Melbourne he responded to our call immediately and on his return to Perth was in touch at once. From initial contact to settlement Michael was amazing - nothing was too much trouble and any bumps in the road were sorted before we could blink. Michael was optimistic but realistic about the value of the property (no inflating the amount to secure the work as can happen so often with some agents) and true to his word managed to secure numerous offers within hours of the home being opened, with a cash offer being agreed on a mere three days later.
