We initially asked Michael to value our house three and a half years ago before contracting to buy an apartment off the plan. He knew at the time that a sale would not be contemplated for a long period of time and yet he did not hesitate to respond quickly - and it wasn't just a verbal quote but a well-researched and professionally prepared written valuation comprising full details of both the house and the area.
