I first met Michael at an open house for an older style home with very unique characteristics. Michael showed great knowledge of the home, area and the property market in general. While I was very interested in the property, Michael had an impressive poker face, and gave very little away as to what I should offer. Once I had made a written offer Michael got back to me straight away, and so began the back and forth of negotiating. Once the offer was accepted Michael was on his A-game and it was very clear that I had mistaken his poker face for efficiency, productivity, ambition, and diligence. Michael is very motivated, and kept me informed of everything along the way. As a first home buyer the whole process was a bit overwhelming and daunting, but, Michael made sure that any issues were taken care of, for an effortless hand-over. Michael made the whole process a lot easier and over all, was a tremendous help. I cant thank him enough for helping me with my first home purchase.
