Very hard working , enthusiatic and very good communicator

We bought a property in Churchlands through Michael recently . We found his working style to be very professional , transparent yet flexible in negotiation . He is very hard working , sincere and enthusiastic . Through his intimate knowledge and experience , he is able to sell our property off market within 10 days. We would not hesitate at all to recommend him to anyone .

We have no hesitation in awarding 5 stars. We have used Michael to sell our properties on a number of occasions now and we have found him to be very accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. With one property we had a fairly difficult buyer who Michael managed admirably so much so that he was able to promptly put in place a Plan B which ultimately turned out much better
