Hard working professional who goes the extra mile.

Kim is an amazing real estate agent who possesses exceptional communication skills that was both non-pushy yet assertive, and was a constant throughout the entire process of selling out property. We were impressed by her agile approach to unforeseen changing market conditions during the sale of our property. We saw this first hand when the launch of the sale of our property coincided with the changes to CGT and negative gearing, resulting in unfamiliar market conditions. Kim navigated through this with her expertise and patience, resulting in a sale that we were pleased with. We appreciated her hardworking nature, marvelled at how promptly she teed up trades in getting our property refreshed for the sale.
