Michael and Carl helped us to sell our home and then buy another one. They understood our aims and helped us obtain our goals. They were at all times professional and were very clear communicators. They were available at all times and very helpful with all problems when they arose. I can totally recommend them for any real estate help. We would use them again if needed.
Michael Hallam had been wonderful from the begining during our land purchase. He has been quite friendly, but at the same time professional and supported us throughout the process of our first land purchase. The communication was very very good, which was essential for us. Highly recommend Michael Hallam and Bellcourt Property!! Thank you.

Michael and Carl are the best local agent in Churchlands and Floreat area. They have the best potential buyers and they are the most dedicate agent for home open.
Mike and Carl know Churchlands Green very well...
Michael and Carl helped us sell and then buy. At all times they were readily available. Have great advice. Helped with all the details. Communication is one of their strong points as well as sensible honest advice.
Excellent real estate agent. Knowledgeable and very helpful with all our questions and very good with communication. Would recommend him
We contacted Michael and Carl because of their strong presence and activity in the Churchlands area. Michael indicated from the get-go that he had genuine buyers for our property and within 2 weeks of initial discussions, Michael and Carl had negotiated a deal. We were pleased with the outcome as it resulted in no home opens, no marketing and an acceptable settlement date
Michael and Carl are excellent matched as estate agents and their interaction with me and knowledge of the area were excellent. I couldn't have had better agents for the sell of my house.
