With an offer in 24hrs at a level that delighted us how could we give anything other than a 5* review? I have to be honest, I have not previously held real estate agents in very high esteem, but Michael is from a different mould. His dealings are completely transparent and he delivers on his promises. communication was first class and no detail was left to chance. Although (thankfully!) it wasn't needed he drew up a workable and effective marketing plan that presented our property in the best possible way to the most receptive audience. As things turned out, his extensive data-base of genuine buyers meant that we never went to market and we sold before the first home open. Along with his colleague Karl, Michael was a breath of fresh air. not only did he sell our home, he also shared his amazing depth of market knowledge and helped us to effectively negotiate our purchase.
