I write this review to commend Michael on the excellent service both he and Tessa provided my husband & I on the sale of our property at Hudsons Road Spotswood. Within the short time on the market, Michael engaged with 2 prospective buyers and resulted in a sale which we were very happy with. Throughout the market period, the communication from Michael & Tessa was exceptional, not once did we have to call them, they were on the phone to us keeping us updated at all times. Michael's knowledge and persistence is only part of the deal, he does what he says he will do and we have now sold 3 properties with Michael. Most recently the campaign was slowing with a day before the auction, but Michael advised he would contact all parties that had come through with some interest. Bottom line the property sold before auction above initial expectations but more in line with current market. Had Michael not made those calls and encouraged us to accept the offer on the table, the property may not have sold. Shame we don't have any more rentals to sell because Williams is the only agent I would recommend.
