I was recommended to Michael by a friend and I’m very glad I was. Michael was always professional, responsive & positive in a fairly flat 2 bedroom unit market in West End. He worked with me with regards to the marketing of the property & ran both Saturday morning & Thursday night opens to maximise the exposure of my unit leading up to Christmas. Michael secured an offer at the first open & worked with myself & the buyer to ultimately negotiate the selling price. He achieved $30k more than what 2 other agents had advised it was worth.
