We first met Michael 6 months prior to listing our property with him, but in that 6 months Michael kept in contact personally via phone not mail (not too much to be annoying) & even just to say Merry Christmas and never once pushed us into anything we weren't ready to do. The moment we decide to finally put the house on the market the only agent we needed to contact was Michael. Before our first open for inspection he called to wish us luck & then within an hour of the open finishing he contacted us with feedback from all the potential buyers. We were in constant contact during the first week as we had many private or second inspections and then again after the 2nd open he was in contact to let us know he was expecting an offer that afternoon. We received a few calls and text messages from Michael that afternoon (we were at a wedding), but his amazing negotiating skills got us an offer we were happy to accept...the property was triggered! Even after the sale Michael was still in constant contact letting us know what was happening with our contract and called when the deposit had been paid...something I have never had from any other agent when selling! I found the three people I dealt with, Michael, Matt and Sultan to be very professional and helpful. They didn't hesitate to answer any question I had, promptly and effectively.
