Michael, Chris and Huong defiantly are a great team and work very well together. Michael even though clearly very busy, always made time to call me and have a chat about how the campaign was going every week and in my experience, I find a lot of agents just tell you what you want to hear. I found Michael to be straight up and to the point about what was realistic with my expectations for the sale. Chris very hard working. Always at the property early to ensure all was in order before an inspection. Always rang me after an inspection to let me know how it went. Was a pleasure to talk too. Huong is a fantastic assistant to Michael and Chris. Always ready to help chase up and/or answer any questions I had within minutes. I even emailed her over Christmas holidays with a question, not expecting an answer until business was back, but I received an answer from her within 10mins. This was great, as selling a property can be very stressful and Huong always made it seem like everything was fine and under control.
