Michael provided excellent service during the sale process providing realistic advice and constant communication. Communication is direct and clear and the advice is realistic. He presented options without pressure to choose - leaving it in our hands to decide how to proceed. I haven't sold many properties, so wasn't sure what to expect. I can say that i felt well supported and advised by Micheal - no hesitation in recommending him.
Always got back to me in a timely fashion. Answered all my questions, no matter how trivial. Understood the market extremely well. Negotiated the price I expressed initially. Very professional.
Michael and the team at Dingle Partners were a pleasure to work with. Dingle Partners were my property manager for a rental and Michael continued on as the sales agent. Being interstate they made the process easy for me; referrals to trades, providing up to date information and sound advice throughout. I would recommend Michael and Dingle Partners to friends and family, and will no doubt use them again in future.
Professional, patient, strategic, passionate and great communication skills. Recommend Michael to anyone who wants to sell their property! 10/10!
I enjoyed working with Michael. He has a sense of humour and with his excellent knowledge of the property market, his relaxed approach is better than a forceful "I KNOW BEST!" Just before the deal closes, he moves quickly, making sure you know what's happening. Always pushing for the best outcome, I appreciated his help.
Thankyou so much to Michael Hristovski Such an amazing experienced gentleman that went above and beyond helping me to purchase the property Anytime I had a query it was never a problem I can highly recommend Michael from Dingle Partners
