We had a fairly unique property with a niche "fall in love with it or not" vibe about it. It was a great property and Michael and Jill both understood it and the target markets sensibilities. We got a very good price, and they did the real work required, even in a market that was hot and fairly easy to sell in. They communicated very effectively but not too much.
